about us.
Will you be there tomorrow to help us?
Yes, We are not a new company. We are proud to say that we started
selling fireplaces and wood stoves in 1978. Since then are product lines have
changed to meet our customers needs, but our commitment to our customers has
been constant. Today we stock products from dozens of leading manufactures to be
able to ship your order fast. This includes replacement parts.
Our company Policies are stated below.
Custom Orders:
Orders for custom made or built to order merchandise can not be cancelled and deposits are
non-refundable after 3 days from the time of purchase.
Cancelled Stock Product Orders:
If no portion of your order has shipped you may cancel your order within 72
hours of the time the order is placed. Cancellations may only be made by calling
1 877 742-3473.
Defective Merchandise
In
the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise, you must receive a
return authorization number from a Fireplace Sales and Service. Items must be
returned within 10 days of receipt. If merchandise is returned without a return
items authorization number it will be refused. Merchandise must be returned and
prepaid by the customer. Upon an evaluation by our service staff we will, at our
option, replace the product.
Please Inspect Your Merchandise:
When
you receive an item that is shipped to you from a freight company, be sure to
open the box or crate and inspect the merchandise before accepting and signing
for delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred to replace
damaged merchandise that has been accepted and signed for. If you discover upon
inspection that the merchandise is damaged, simply call us at 1 877 742-3473.
You may refuse to accept the delivery and we will replace that item at no
additional cost to you once we receive the returned item from the freight
carrier.
Non-Defective Merchandise:
Where no error was made on our part, you must contact a Fireplace Sales and
Service. We will, at our discretion, issue a returned merchandise authorization
number (RMA). Merchandise returned with our permission, subject to our
inspection, will be accepted for credit less a 30% packaging or restocking fee.
Returned merchandise must be freight prepaid by the customer. All merchandise
must be returned undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. If your
merchandise has been used or installed Fireplace Sales and Service will not take
it back.
