How do you ship my purchase ?
We ship UPS on small items and LTL trucking with heavier or large items. Our
shipping partners are great at bringing products to our customers. We use
tracking numbers to watch your order arrive at its destination. We can also ship
overnight, three day or on larger items common carrier trucking. Online order customers receive email notification with the shipment tracking information as soon as your order ships. Customers that order by phone can request their tracking number to be emailed.

Defective Merchandise
In
the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise, you must receive a
return authorization number from Fireplace Sales and Service. Items must be
returned within 10 days of receipt. If merchandise is returned without a return
items authorization number it will be refused. Merchandise must be returned by the customer. Upon an evaluation by our service staff we will, at our
option, repair or replace the product.
Please Inspect Your Merchandise:
When
you receive an item that is shipped to you from a freight company, be sure to
open the box or crate and inspect the merchandise before accepting and signing
for delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred to replace
damaged merchandise that has been accepted and signed for. If you discover upon
inspection that the merchandise is damaged, simply call us at 1 877 742-3473.
You may refuse to accept the delivery and we will replace that item at no
additional cost to you once we receive the returned item from the freight
carrier.
Non-Defective Merchandise:
Where no error was made on our part, you must contact a Fireplace Sales and
Service. We will, at our discretion, issue a returned merchandise authorization
number (RMA). Merchandise returned with our permission, subject to our
inspection, will be accepted for credit less a 30% packaging or restocking fee.
Returned merchandise must be freight prepaid by the customer. All merchandise
must be returned undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. If your
merchandise has been used or installed Fireplace Sales and Service will not take
it back.
